CREDENTIALS ON FILE POLICY

On our website you buy a subscription based on recurring payments. We care about your time and to allow you to make payments on our Website easier and faster we have integrated Credentials on file (hereinafter -“COF”) for you. That means you do not need to fill your credit/debit card data every time you want to prolong your subscription - you just have to fill in card information for transactions once.

By purchasing a subscription on our Website, you express full consent to this Policy and authorize us and our payment processing service provider to store your name, surname and card expiry date and to initiate transactions on your behalf and/or to process transactions initiated by you by using the Credentials on File

Unfortunately, we do not provide the choice in this matter. There are a lot of users always forgetting to pay for the prolongation of the subscription therefore we have chosen the COF only so as to prevent worries and disputes.

We do not store your sensitive card data at all.

Did you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the previous paid subscription period ended? If not, then that could be why you were charged after canceling. From there, you may want to try requesting a refund.
